Bayview Road Deck

This Bayview Road deck was fantastic way to take advantage of outdoor space. The back yard has harbor views, some great evergreen shade trees, and feels like a private oasis. The ground was uneven and decking can be a great way to make the area more accessible and reduce landscape maintenance. I met with the homeowner and we came up with a plan on 2 levels that works around the trees. The decking was done with AZEK, includes a herringbone pattern on the lower deck, and the curved skirt is PVC. For a great finishing touch, we installed an Atlantis railing system with LED post cap lighting
