Construction in Marblehead is always a pleasure on the waterfront! As the preferred contractor for Harborside Condo Association we replaced all wood railings with stainless steel posts, cables, and mahogany cap rails. This was part of a complete building restoration with Paradise Construction as general contractor. In the preconstruction phase we worked closely with the engineer and provided significant input into the installation method and final design.
