Marblehead Condo Transformation

Marblehead Condo Transformation

Here is a Marblehead condo transformation from 2003. My customer wanted a new family room and kitchen along with a more open feel and flow to their condominium. After our consultation they decided to open up the wall, move the kitchen into the old dining room and create the family room in the old kitchen space. The job required new support beams and some rotted sill repair. We removed a significant portion of the outside wall and installed French doors and new windows to provide better yard access and to let a great deal of natural light into the room. We installed quarter sawn white oak flooring throughout and finished with some new sidelights at the front door.
