My client at Schooner Ridge had a vision for a fully renovated living room. We worked to create the
owner’s custom design including removal of a wall to the hallway and installation of a new structural beam.
We had previously added skylights above the balcony upstairs which allows amazing natural light to flow into the room. The fireplace mantel was a fun project with some great engineering by the owner as well. We crafted it right in the driveway from African Mahogany.
